RealStreet Staffing is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team of recruiters in our Marriottsville and Frederick, MD offices. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruiting team through direct research and screening of candidates and by providing administrative support.

Job Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruiting team in daily tasks like sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to ensure a positive and efficient recruiting experience for prospective candidates, and duties include:

  • Facilitating RealStreet’s social media efforts by posting positions on various career sites and the internal website
  • Searching job board databases and social networking sites for potential candidates
  • Reviewing resumes and prescreening potential candidates under direction of recruiters
  • Assisting with basic HR functions including completing references, recording new hires and verifying start dates
  • Coordinating candidate application process by assisting in scheduling candidate interviews, formatting resumes and creating Scorecards
  • Supporting the Marketing Coordinator with marketing and business development campaigns to include job posts, newsletters and marketing materials
  • Performing administrative duties such as answering phones, taking messages, accepting deliveries, documenting notes within an applicant tracking system (ATS), and other tasks as needed
 

Job Requirements



Specific qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator’s role include:

  • 1+ years of administrative customer service experience or college degree required; experience in a Recruiting or Human Resources department is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with strong administrative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize work tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and follow up with sense of urgency on all matters
  • Ability to handle confidential matters and information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Excel and Word
