We currently have a great assignment for a Construction Marketing Manager with one of our top clients. As a Construction Marketing Manager, you will be supporting our client, a construction management and general contracting firm recently named one of the “Greatest Places to Work”.

Job Responsibilities

The Construction Marketing Manager position is based in Baltimore, Maryland. The Construction Marketing Manager will be responsible for expanding organizational opportunities through new business partnerships, to include:

  • Managing the process for responding to all Requests for Qualifications(RFQ) and Requests for Proposals(RFP)
  • Developing a strategy for capturing each project
  • Researching, understanding and evaluating the competition
  • Assembling 80-90% of final proposals
  • Collaborating with the executive team to identify growth strategies
  • Developing, designing, implementing and facilitating a marketing plan
  • Creating brand recognition
  • Strategizing and administering the firm’s marketing budget
  • Collaborating with team in execution, efficiency and growth
  • Creating and managing marketing templates for new business opportunities
  • Taking an active role in industry-specific organizations
  • Developing and maximizing industry connections to pursue business opportunities
  • Implementing a survey program for project completion feedback
  • Determining value and budget for advertising opportunities
  • Assessing and executing tradeshow opportunities as the marketing program dictates
  • Identifying community and media relationship opportunities
  • Coordinating and planning special event programs
  • Reviewing, enhancing and maintaining website content
  • Establishing strategies that utilize social networking tactics


Job Requirements



Specific qualifications for the Construction Marketing Manager role include:

  • B.S. Degree or higher is required, Marketing or similar applicable discipline is preferred
  • 5 years minimum of marketing experience working in the construction industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Design Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat) as well as website-editing applications
  • Experience with various Customer Relationship Management(CRM) applications
